About Us
The connections we build with our clients are genuine partnerships based on mutual respect, vision alignment, and a shared commitment to creating something meaningful. Our work is rooted in culture-shaping, innovation, and clarity. Deeper down, it’s rooted in love. Not a lot of regular businesses are built on a platform of love; it sounds naïve at best and unhinged at worst. And we’re okay with that. Because the status quo has gotten us to where we are now, and we think trying something radically different is worthwhile. (Also, Crow Haus is not a regular business.)
The Crow Haus Process
First we immerse ourselves in your world, absorbing the nuances of your brand, audience, experiences, and aspirations. This foundation of understanding is where the magic happens. From there, we move between intuitive exploration and structured development. We’ll often begin with broad conceptual work, identifying the patterns and possibilities that others might miss. Then I refine systematically, bringing rigor and intention to every creative decision.
What sets this process apart is as much its depth as its seamless integration across disciplines. A messaging insight might inspire a visual direction; a design element might enhance the storytelling approach; a play on words might create an unforgettable campaign. This cross-pollination creates work that feels cohesive and multidimensional.
Of course, none of this is possible without the right partners.
The people we work best with have a few things in common. They tend to be self-aware (they own their strengths and their weaknesses), naturally curious and creative (even if “creative” isn’t necessarily how they describe themselves), and driven by a desire to do good. Does that describe you?
About Emma
A Los Angeles native, I have considered other places but can’t seem to do without the sunshine and the Pacific Ocean. I live with my husband, our teenager, and three troublesome dogs. Storytelling was my first love; I’m a massive language nerd. I learned English and Spanish simultaneously, studied Italian in college, and have an on-again, off-again relationship with language apps (German! French! Irish! Diné!). My second love is music: listening to it, playing it, singing it. I love Simon and Garfunkel as much as I love Bach as much as I love the Clash and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. (And flamenco, and banda, and ranchera, and bhangra, and Irish music. You get the idea.) In my spare time, I’m writing a novel; reading everything from the poems of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, to novels about mysterious, inherited mansions in England (it’s a whole thing), to anything by William Gibson and Elizabeth Hand; and dabbling in needle arts. Because creative minds require multiple creative outlets, and so that is how I do.
